We took a quick trip down to our latest project The Village At Compass Pointe to meet with contractors and developers!
January 2024 — As you can see from the pictures, construction continues to move along at a brisk pace. The first 57 townhomes are being insulated and sheet rocked. Appliances, cabinets and finishing touches will be installed over the next few months with first units expected to be online and paying rent by April. The water you see in some of the pics is a retention pond, part of the drainage and irrigation system.
