Circle Squared Alternative Investments was founded in 2014 by Jeff Sica to work with a finite group of high net worth investors to help them find alternative market investments, primarily in private equity real estate deals.

Jeff Sica started Circle Squared Alternative Investments in 2014, where he helps oversee several billion dollars in real estate and other alternative transactions, including over 300 million in real estate investment ties.
Jeff began his career more than twenty years ago, and served as a managing director for Wells Fargo, where he eventually grew his wealth management practice to one of the most successful in the country. In 2010 he started Sica Wealth Management.
He is a regular on the top-rated Fox Business Network show Varney & Co., and has been quoted several hundred times by various publications including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Reuters. Sica is on the Advisor Board of the Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate. He resides in Mendham with his wife Lori and three children.
Senior VP/Director of Operations/COO/CCO
Cheryl oversees all daily operations and administration, as well as the compliance and regulatory functions of Circle Squared Alternative Investments, LLC. With more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry, Cheryl previously held a position as Assistant Branch Manager for a leading financial services firm.
Adam has been a member of the Circle Squared team since its inception. His focus is two-fold: business development and analyzing new opportunities in real estate and other areas. Adam is a member of the Circle Squared Investment Committee. Adam holds a bachelor of science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team.
Theresa Leno Boetger
Senior Client Relations Coordinator / Executive Assistant
Theresa functions in a client liaison role for Circle Squared. She works to maintain healthy client/advisor relationships, along with scheduling portfolio reviews and keeping the lines of communication open between clients and president and CEO Jeff Sica. Theresa manages the day-to-day calendar for Jeff Sica, while managing meetings, sales strategy reviews, and appointments for Jeff and the advisors in the office. She enhances business sales and productivity by directly improving client service and bringing on new clients.
Managing Director / Senior Advisor
Paul is a senior advisor with more than 23 years of experience providing financial advice to substantial individual and institutional clients. Paul has served as a Managing Director and Head of Global Sales for BNY Mellon Capital Markets (BNYMCM). He was responsible for developing BNYMCM’s Institutional Taxable trading capabilities. Paul was selected as a Chairman Circle Award recipient in 2007. Prior to joining BNYMCM in 1998, he completed an intensive Fixed Income training program at Lehman Brothers, where he held various positions in Fixed Income trading and sales.
Josh helps grow the business through new partnerships while advising family offices and RIA’s on alternative investments. He has experience in investment banking and working with single-family offices. He is an active member of the NJ community through service on several nonprofit boards.
Josh holds a bachelor of science in Economics and Business Administration from Rider University.
