WHITE PLAINS, NY – December 4, 2019 – Circle Squared Alternative Investments (“Circle Squared”), alongside Saber Real Estate Advisors and PCD Development, today celebrated the groundbreaking of The Duet, a new multi-family development which will be constructed on Hale Avenue, in White Plains, NY. Once complete, the two-building project will comprise 127 units and will offer residents ample living space and high-end, luxurious amenities, far surpassing comparable properties in the White Plains area. The joint venture was joined by representatives from the county of Westchester as well as Thomas Roach, Mayor of White Plains, who spoke about the significance of the project and its impact on the city.

Both buildings will offer secure basement parking for renters and a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units which will be significantly larger than customary dwelling units available to renters in the city. Renters will also enjoy luxurious finishes, double vanities, high-end appliances, and have access to shared spaces such as rooftop and indoor lounges, a fitness center and business center.
