MORRISTOWN, NJ – July 26, 2019 – Circle Squared Alternative Investments (“Circle Squared”), alongside The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment firm, today announced the acquisition of a vacant, 135,000 square-foot retail building in Syracuse, NY, a facility which was formerly the site of a Sam’s Club wholesale store. Together, Circle Squared and Hampshire have indicated aggressive adaptive reuse plans for the building ultimately transforming it into an 860-unit state-of-the-art self-storage facility. The self-storage project is the 10th in partnership between the two private real estate investment firms.

Located at 2649 Erie Boulevard East in Syracuse, NY, the self-storage facility will be managed on behalf of Circle Squared and Hampshire by CubeSmart.
